According to reports, Anwar entered the federal police headquarters from the alternate gate to avoid the media.
This comes a day after Bukit Aman had asked PKR leader to record his statement about his claim of having the support of MPs to form the government.
Bukit Aman CID director Huzir Mohamed said that the move comes after more than 110 police reports were filed against Anwar over his claim to topple the ruling PN government in the country.
Earlier, Anwar was granted an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on Tuesday over his claim to have the majority support of MPs to form a new government.
