The Perodua Myvi driver who was accused of killing a member of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) has been sentenced to six years in prison and fined RM8,000 for driving under the influence of drugs.
Nur Fatima had killed a 3-year-old senior serving Soldier Mohd Rizal Buseri, who died at the scene while she survived the crash.
Magistrate Suhaila Shafi’uddin passed the final judgment after the 23-year-old accused, Nur Fatin Nazrah Suhaimi pleaded guilty, after the case was ruled upon at the Johor Magistrate’s Court today.
A fine of RM3,300 has also been charged from the offender for three other offenses, that are not having a driving license, driving a car without road tax, and insurance documentation.
