Kuala Lumpur: Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim said he hoped the Malay rulers would decide wisely at the conference today over the Prime Minister’s suggestion to implement an emergency.
He took to Facebook to express his concern and said that the nation has seen, what happens when all the power is entirely given to politicians.
He prayed that Malay rulers would be blessed with the wisdom to protect Malaysia from greedy and power-crazy politicians.
He hoped that Malay rulers decision would bring stability to the country.
This comes after speculations of Muhyiddin seeking emergency powers to stay in control, which has been under challenge lately.
All the Malay Rulers are having a special conference in Istana Negara, believed to be over PM’s suggestion.
