New MCO lockdown rules and SOPs for Malaysia: The government today announced the news MCO (Lockodw) guidelines ahead of its imposition on June 1. Health DG Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah and Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yakoob addressed a press conference where they announced that not more than two members from one family would be allowed to step out from their homes. The government notified 17 industries that will be allowed to operate. Malls will be closed, except for the essential activities – such as grocery and medicines – allowed by the government.
