Kuala Lampur: PKR president Anwar Ibrahim today raised question on police probe against him after his meeting with the Agong over staking claim on federal government.
Anwar said that police has nothing to do with the names of MPs supporting him.
“I gave the fullest cooperation to the police.
“But what is mind-boggling is that why focus on the 121 names of the Members of Parliament?” he said.
“I am not here to cooperate with their political masters to give names,” PKR chief said while speaking to media outside Bukit Aman on Friday.
He also said that he was called to Bukit Aman due to political pressure.
Earlier, Bukit Aman CID director Huzir Mohamed had said that the move comes after more than 110 police reports were filed against Anwar over his claim to topple the ruling PN government in the country.
