The victory comes on the day of Malaysia Independence Day. Breaking his world record twice in the Paralympic Games, Ziyad threw 17.94m and defended his gold medal in the Paralympic Games. Last time in 2017, he broke the world record with a throw of 17.29m at the World Athletics Championships in London.
