South Korean girl group LABOUM is making a comeback as a four-member group in early November. Earlier, the K-pop group announced that they have signed with a new agency and are gearing up to release new music. On September 8, the label Interpark Music Plus confirmed that the group is aiming to make a quick return as a four-member group.

After the expiration of their contracts with their former agency, LABOUM’s leader Yujeong announced on September 8 that she had decided to leave the group after seven years. Later Interpark Music Plus officially announced that the other four members of the girl group- Soyeon, ZN, Haein and Solbin had signed with its agencies.
They also stated that they were in the midst of ‘picking up the pace’ for preparations for their upcoming project. The label is a new agency, which was established in May by South Korean e-commerce giant Interpark. The agency was launched in hopes to venture into the Korean music industry.
LABOUM first made its debut in 2014 with the single album ‘Petit Macaron.’ But they recently reentered the spotlight when their 2016 song “Journey to Atlantis” climbed back up the charts.
