Razer Pay Services Shutting Down In Malaysia, Singapore By September End

Gaming-centric brand Razer is shutting down its Razer Pay eWallet services in Malaysia and Singapore.

The brand took to its official website to thank everyone for their support till date and announced that the services will end by 30th September.

According to its official notice, users who have credit in their Razer Pay eWallet can use it until 31st August. The same goes for those who have Razer card gift codes.

However, the top-up and peer-to-peer transfer functions have stopped working after 6th August.

It further claims to provide customers with user-friendly and regulatory compliant processes for withdrawals and closure of accounts.

To withdraw your credit balance, users will have to click on ‘withdraw’ tap in the app. The balance will be transferred within 5 business working days.

Razer Pay was launched as a joint partnership between Razer and Berjaya in 2018 in Malaysia.
