Kuala Lumpur: Two female proprietors were arrested after a bride-to-be died at an unlicensed beauty and makeup salon during liposuction surgery in Cheras. According to reports, the beauty professionals, the mother-daughter duo aged 49 and 23 are arrested under Section 304 A of the Penal Code for causing death by negligence.
