Meghan Markle has opened up about the online abuse she experienced in a podcast to mark World Mental Health Day.
On the popular Teenage Therapy podcast, Meghan, with husband Harry on her side, said she was the most trolled person in the world – male and female in 2019.
She stated that for nearly eight months, she was on maternity leave and then after with the baby, but she described the trolling as almost unsurvivable and something one cannot even think of.
Meghan and Harry discussed about how social media can affect somebody mentally.
Meghan said she suffered a lot due to the trolling and stated if people talk ill about somebody which is not true, it hurts a person emotionally.
