The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2020 has been awarded jointly to Emmanuelle Charpentier and Jennifer A. Doudna “for the development of a method for genome editing.”
While Charpentier is from France, Dounda is from US.
The Nobel Prize for Chemistry for this year was announced by the Stockholm-based Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
