Barisan Nasional candidate for Simpang Renggam parliamentary seat Hasni Mohammad said he is confident that the Johor seat is key to the coalition’s victory in the 15th general election. He said that BN led-government has already proven that it can provide the stable and progressive government that Johor needs.

In a statement, Hasni said, “In the Johor election, BN took the lead winning 40 of the 56 state seats. This not only restored the state as a BN stronghold, but it will also be the key to BN’s victory in GE15.” He said this after attending a feast at Kampung Parit Salman in Kluang.
Hasni said that he is confident that in the next one or two terms, the state will see a bright future because BN youth will keep contributing to the growth of the country.
Previously in a statement, Prime Minister Ismail Sabri said that he wants Johor back in the stronghold of UMNO and BN.
