Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department today announced that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy building has been temporarily closed after the landslides destroyed a guard post near the entrance. A total of 76 people consisting of 36 men and 40 women were evacuated from the building’s two blocks following the landslide. “No casualties were reported in the incident,” the department said. It further added that Senior operations commander Yogeswaran Elangovan along with seven persopnnel and a fire engine have been deployed at the scene. Yogeswaran revealed that the landslide affected an area covering 100-120 sq feet.
