Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim today said that Pakatan Harapan will consider the views of its component party leaders before accepting sacked UMNO leaders. Anwar, who is also PH chairman said that this is to preserve cooperation in the Unity Government.

In a statement, Anwar said, “This is necessary to maintain the principles, peace and unity within the Unity Government, so will we will have to give it a lot more consideration.”
He said this after officiating at the opening ceremony of the Tambun parliamentary service centre in Ipoh. He also revealed that non of the sacked UMNO leaders have expressed their intention to join Pakatan Harapan.
