Communications and multimedia minister Annuar Musa today clarified that he had received several offers from other parties including from Perikatan Nasional to contest in the upcoming 15th general election. However, he said he have rejected all the offers to defend his seat on their party ticket.

Annuar Musa, who was dropped by Barisan Nasional list of candidates for GE15, said he rejected other parties offer and have chosen to stay loyal to UMNO.
Over Khlir Mohd Nor who is PN candidate, Annuar said He had yet to receive the official appointment letter. “Khlir is my friend, why would I stand in his way? I have told my friends and the parties that wanted me to join them not to fight each other. It’s enough that UMNO members are fighting over me,” he said.
He said this after attending the presentation of letters of appointment to Kelantan BN candidates for GE15 in Kota Bharu today.
