The lawyers from the Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership, acting on behalf of Perikatan Nasional chairman Muhyiddin Yassin, responded to a MACC raid by asserting that a client’s documents are legally privileged and, therefore, cannot be confiscated under Section 46 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.
