GE15: Chief Of Defence Force Satisfied With Progress Of Early Voting

Chief of Defence Force Affendi Buang said he is satisfied with the progress of the early voting process for the 15th general election. He said he is content with the commitment of the military personnel and their family as they have been queuing since 8 am at the 153 early voting centres all over the country.

Affendi who came to cast his vote with his wife Muhaini Sultan Ahmad Shah hoped for good weather throughout the day as it may lead more soldiers to come out and vote.

He said this after casting his early vote at the Sekolah Kebangsan Desa Tun Hussein Onn in Setiawangsa parliamentary constituency. A total of 117,473 military personnel and their family is believed to be involved in the early voting process for the 15th general election today.
