Communications and Multimedia Minister Annuar Musa today said that so far during the campaign for the 15th general election the media agencies have reported good and ethical news. He said that the ministry has not received any report claiming false news or news touching the sensitive issues like race, religion and loyal institutions since November 5.

In a statement, Annuar said, “Overall, I can see good news reporting and I hope that they will continue until the polling day.” He said this after handing over Peranti Siswa devices to 93 students from two schools, namely Sekaloh Menengah Kebangsaan Abdul Razak and SMK Khir Johari in Bagan Datuk today.
He further expressed hope that all the parties will respect media practitioners and acknowledge that they are professional doing their work and not taking any parties side. The polling day is on November 19, while today is early voting for GE15.
