Air Selangor corporate communications head Elina Baseri said the recovery of water supply will depend on the distance of the consumer’s premises and the water pressure at the distribution system.

She further added that until the water supply is fully restored Air Selangor will provide public water taps and will also mobilise water tankers to the critical premises, especially hospitals, dialysis centres, vaccination centres and quarantine centres.

The scheduled water disruption since October 13 affected a total of 998 areas in Klang Valley including Petaling, Shah Alam, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat and Kuala Selangor.
