The couple went public about their relationship in 2019, with Dylan posting a beautiful picture with the caption, “Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police.”
On her last appearance on the talk show, Kristen confessed that she said “I love you” just a couple of weeks after they started dating and they are hoping to expand their family in the future. “I can’t wait to get married one day,” she had added.
